Your buying limits per transaction are up to 3 ounces of marijuana (weed, flower); up to 1 ounce of concentrates (dabs, wax); up to 72 ounces of edibles.

Possession Limits: The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) is a state government agency. Per Title 63 O.S. ss 420, license holders are legally authorized to: (1) Possess up to three ounces of marijuana on their person; (2) Possess six mature marijuana plants; (3) Possess six seedling plants; (4) Possess one ounce of concentrated marijuana; (5) Possess seventy-two ounces of edible marijuana; (6) Possess up to eight ounces of marijuana in their residence.

(4) Sign in with your new email and password and select “Patient Portal.” (5) Select “+Create A New Profile” and enter your legal name. (6) Locate which license you are applying for and select it. Temporary Out Of State Card: Same process as above, but you MUST be a medical card holder in your home state to be able to apply for an Oklahoma temporary card. Must renew card every 30 days. - monthly fees apply
